SCF Begins Independent Telephone Program Supporting Mike Lee in Utah
Alexandria, VA — Today, the Senate Conservatives Fund began an independent statewide telephone program to survey the opinions of Utah Republicans and to encourage them to support Mike Lee in June 22 Republican primary for U.S. Senate. The call was moderated by U.S. Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina), chairman of the Senate Conservatives Fund.
Utah Republicans who participate in the survey get a chance to register their opinions on key issues such as government spending, government-run health care, and political leaders who don't keep their word. Participants also get to learn important information about Mike Lee's leadership on these issues and pledge to vote for him in the Republican primary.
Utah Republicans who are not home to receive the call get the following recorded message from Senator DeMint:
