We are proud to endorse Chris Herrod (R-UT) in the special election for Congress in Utah’s 3rd district. This is the race to replace Congressman Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) who is resigning.

Chris earned his place on the August 15th primary election ballot by winning the most votes at the GOP nominating convention this past Saturday. He was the choice of the grassroots and we’re proud to join them in supporting this outstanding leader.

Chris is a down the line conservative leader who has the courage to fight for our principles and values. I have gotten to know Chris personally over the past year and I can tell you that he’s someone we can count on to support and defend the Constitution.

He has a proven record as a state legislator and he supports all of our policy goals to reduce the size of government and expand freedom and opportunity for all Americans.

But winning this race will not be easy. Chris faces two other Republicans in the primary and the mail-in ballots will be sent out to voters in just a few short weeks.
